The flat rate for sessions is $100/hour. This rate is billed directly to a person’s insurance provider. Clients have the option to pay for services out-of-pocket. Sessions are then based on sliding scale fee according to federal poverty guidelines and start at $40/hr. These rates are applicable for individuals, couples, and families.

Yes, we currently are in network with most major insurance companies. Providers are credentialed individually. During scheduling, our administrative staff will determine benefit eligibility.

Copays and out-of-pocket fees are due at the time of service. Clients will be charged upon completion of a session. Refer to the informed consent for additional information on billing practices.

No, referrals from a medical provider are not required. However, if referred by another provider, an informed consent and release of information (ROI) must be on file to allow for exchange of information. Refer to the informed consent for our policy on confidentiality and disclosure of information.

We currently offer telehealth/telemedicine services only using a secure platform.

No, we are not a designated crisis response unit or management center. Providers are responsible for assessing safety, identifying risks, and developing safety plans with all clients. Mandated clients maintain the same rights as all clients receiving our services. A release of information (ROI) must be on file and an informed consent to disclose information. In the case of a subpoena or if mandated by law, we will notify the client and involve legal counsel to promote both confidentiality and the protection of our clients within reason and in compliance with the law.

We do not provide recommendations for clients pursuing workers compensation claims for disability at this time. Clients will be encouraged to become an established patient with a Primary Care Physician (PCP) or seek recommendations from an existing PCP. Our office can only account for treatment specific to mental health and substance use.

No, we do provide schedule A letters for military personnel at this time.

Yes, we currently offer group counseling and life coaching services. Group counseling rates are $25 per group session and life coaching sessions are $30/hour for individuals.
